RMA Procedure (Return Material Authorisation)

If you want to return a product, absolutely follow the notes below:

1. Download the RMA form.
2. Fill in the RMA form completely with exception of the RMA number. You can fill in and print out the form in Acrobat Reader directly.
3. Fax the RMA form to the fax number: +49 (0) 81 41/36 97 30.
4. You will receive a RMA number by fax which has to be added to the form.
5. Use the RMA form as delivery note - just put it in a window envelope.
